Gammy's Shrimp and Crab Salad
1 bag Shrimp (cooked, deveined and cut in ½ or 1/3)
1 package Crab Meat (imitation, cut small)
Cucumber (peeled, cut small)
1-2 stalks Celery (chopped)
1-2 Avocado (cut small)
1/2 Onion (sliced small, just a taste)
1 bunch Cilantro (cut, destemmed)
Seasonings: garlic, salt (as needed), pepper

7-UP Pound Cake
1 ½ c butter, softened
3 c sugar
5 eggs
2 T lemon juice
1 t vanilla extract
3 c flour
¾ c 7-UP soda
1 c powdered sugar
3 T 7 UP
1 t lemon and vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 350.
Grease and flour bread pans
Mix butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add eggs, one at time until mixed.
Add lemon juice and vanilla.
Add flour 1 c at time, mixing well between additions.
Add ¼ c 7 UP between additions of flour, mixing until just combined.
Pour into bread pan.
Bake 60-70 minutes. Dry on top, knife comes out clean
(I use smaller bread pans, takes less time, watch toward end)
Cook 15 minutes before removing from pans.
Cool completely.
Whisk together glaze ingredients.
Pour over cake.

Lemon Blueberry Pound Cake
1 c butter, melted
1 ½ c sugar
3 eggs
1 T lemon juice
½ t vanilla
¾ c milk + 1 t cidar add to it
1 c blueberries (if frozen, drain well first)
2 ½ c flour
3 t baking powder
1 t salt
Lemon Glaze
1 ½ c powdered sugar
1 T lemon juice
1 T milk
½ t vanilla extract
Preheat oven 350
Cream butter and sugar for 3-5 minutes (don't skimp on time)
Add eggs one at a time. Mix well
Add vanilla and lemon juice.
In separate bowl, add dry ingredients, mix well.
Add dry ingredients to butter mixture, 1 c at a time,
Alternating with addition of milk.
Mix to combine.
Gentle add blueberries.
Grease and flour bread pans.
Pour batter into prepared pans.
Bake 350 for 55-60 minutes.
Cool before glazing.
Whisk glaze ingredients together until smooth.
Pour over cooled cake.
